GRS INDUSTRIAL BURNERS

R & D (Research and Development) works which have been going on for quite a long time have contributed to the design of GRS burners.

GRS burners provide all of the burning air by means of their air fan housed inside the specifically designed body block. Thus, most ideal emission values and maximum fuel conservation are achieved and thus, it is ensured that fuel can burn in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

FUEL – AIR CONTROL (MICRO MODULATION)

GRS burners are equipped with a micro modulation fuel – air mixture system which controls the fuel and air clacks separately and independently of each other instead of the cam fuel – hair mixture system. The following advantages have been made available thanks to the micro modulation system.

1.Fuel consumption caused as a result of the inharmonious operation of the dumping arm and cam system has been eliminated.
2.An increase has been achieved in burning efficiency.
3.The number of stoppages by the device has been reduced thanks to a higher rate of clamping. As a result of this, the possibility of a breakdown in the burners have been minimized.
4.Savings of 3 % to 6 % have been achieved over fuel consumption.
5.There is no longer a need for an extra radial fan.
6.Human factors and operational errors have been kept at a minimum over operation.
7.Thanks to ideal burning, waste gases emitted by the system ecologically have been minimized.
8.Full burning is ensured by achieving the determination of the fuel – air mixture ratio (at a precision of about 0.1 0 )
